Most Great Work! job opportunities are temporary- to- hire. This system permits both the candidate and client to work together, on the job, to ensure each entity is comfortable with the culture, job duties, management style, work ethic etc. A temp-to-hire employee can usually expect a hiring decision from the company between 3 and 6 months although this can vary. While on a temporary-to-hire assignment you are an employee of Great Work!

Other hiring possibilities include:

  • Temporary - An assignment that has a specific time frame and will not lead to full time employment at the Client company. Temp assignments can be as for one day, 2 weeks, four months or even a year.
    1. A client will use temporary workers for:
    2. Projects that have a completion date
    3. High season when orders exceed the normal production
    4. Cover for employees on medical leave
    5. Unexpected work overload
    6. Set up systems for a company

Temporary work is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to get their foot in the door. We have many success stories where a Great Work! employeeaccepted a one week, one month assignment and they were able to show off their talents. They assignments went a little longer and the employee was hired on to the client even though it started as a temporary assignment.

  • Direct Hire- Great Work! is commissioned by our clients to recruit, screen, interview and test qualified candidates for a specific job. Our client use our service for a variety of reasons including:
    • They are hiring confidentially. As a result, job seekers WILL NEVER see this opportunity in the classifieds or on MONSTER.com. Job seekers really miss out on a lot of job opportunities if they dismiss employment services and/or recruiters during their job search.
    • They are so busy they want an outside firm to only present the top candidates for the job.
    • They received so many unqualified resumes from their on line job posting that they want to see only the best.
    • It is beneficial to have a third party critically analyze job applicants because sometimes the decision maker is too close to make the best strategic hire.
  • Part Time - Less than 40 hours per week, may be evening or weekend work

Candidates NEVER pay a fee for our service! Click Here to Apply!
