Customer Service - Animal/Animal
product experience required Will be responsible for inbound
calls from customers nationwide and maintaining the highest customer
service level while performing all related
duties. Duties: -Service each call fully by
accurately taking orders, answering questions, doing customer
relations, or referring calls to the necessary
party -Perform basic computer
skills. -Ability to express ideas clearly
in oral communication. -Ability to acquire knowledge
through training of products and attend meetings for ongoing product
training. -Upsell and cross selling on each
order. -Be able to work overtime and
weekends if needed Qualifications -Clean Criminal

GED -Have own
