Shift is – 8:00am – 4:30pm – (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate – $10.00/hr.
+++ depending on credentials and capability
Primary duties to include: Assembly of parts and components for tire curing
press machines from blueprint.
Temp to hire opportunity
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Own tools– rolling tool box with hand tools, full sets of wrenches,,
screwdrivers, pliers hammer, etc….
Capable and experienced in reading blueprints
Capable of assembling parts of blueprints
Need: Excellent attendance history Dependable transportation Steel toed shoes or boots

Manufacturing Mechanic – Set-up
Duties:
-Change or position, align and adjust dies, punches, rolls, curlers, liner, conveyor, etc.
-Troubleshoot problem areas.
-Check product for specification such as diameter, height, thickness, etc., using instruments such as dial indicators, ring guages, micrometers, pin guages, prior to making
production runs.
-Work from prints, specification sheets, written and verbal instructions.
-Forklift use to position material, product and equipment
Requirements:
Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends.
Basic reading and writing skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and basic computer skills.
Lifting up to 50lb
Mechanical ability
High School Diploma or GED, and one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Testing on Mechanical Aptitude and Basic Skills is a pre-requisite for this position
Must complete and pass a Health Screen, Drug testing, and background check

Tool & Maker
Duties:
-Needs to be able to perform and all operations including but not limited to turning,
facing, threading, drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, milling, grinding, knurling, rolling, cutting, etc., on any material to exacting tolerances and required micro-finish.
-Required to machine, troubleshoot, and assemble special tooling into production dies.
-Calculates and determines dimensions, tapers, indices, and other data using shop formulae and handbooks, all types of precision measuring instruments.
-Works from prints, sketches, written and verbal instructions.
Requirements:
Must have a variety of personal tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to work any shift, overtime and weekends.
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Have High School Diploma or GED.
Having journeyman apprenticeship, and/or five or more years experience which requires knowledge of machine shop and tool room practices.
Must pass a Heath Screen, Drug test, and background check.
