Great Work Employment is seeking a customer-service-driven Recruiter for the Cleveland, Ohio area. Bilingual preferred.

We'd love for you to join our *close-knit team* to:

• Provide top customer service and follow up with customers, prospects, and applicants
• Handle a high volume of outgoing calls to fill customer hiring needs while properly skill matching. (110+ calls daily are what it takes to get the job done!)
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls assisting potential applicants, current employees, and customers
• Fill a variety of job openings with the right candidate per customer requirements
• Interact with applicant flow while handling required hiring forms and completing data entry and screenings required to meet company policies
• Ensure clear communication with a “WE” mentality and sell the benefits of joining the GreatWork team while detailing the client environment and job duties and incentives

Candidates should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and an interest in helping local businesses grow with the right talent in their open positions.

We are looking for the right person to come in with a motivated attitude to support continuous office growth and profitability, and sell our team on all levels.

You will be helping to provide the immediate responses our clients and applicants rely on us for that differentiate us in a very competitive staffing industry.
