We are URGENTLY seeking reliable Plastic Extruder/Compounder candidates to work for a well-known plastics facility in Wadsworth, Ohio. Looking for anyone from entry-level to skilled extruder operators.
Your main responsibilities are to operate extrusion or compounding machines with the proper materials loaded to manufacture raw materials for their worldwide facilities and customers. Your other duties include ensuring production quality in a clean and safe work environment. Some general labor and cleaning are included as well.

Shift: 2nd 2pm-10pm - 3rd 10pm-6am Mon-Fri (1st-shift opportunities are only available once you are hired in.)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour to start, with a possibility to start higher depending on experience. Your probationary period is 90 days or less. Upon hire in you are eligible for benefits, bonuses, and joining their Union. This would also include a possible pay raise depending on performance and attendance. |
